We will do another go-around today since we may have new people still.  Say your name, year, and what you read/viewed for today (no need to give up a synopsis--- we will do that later).

​IV. Small Group Discussions
  1. Everyone needs to share their writing today in their small groups. The class is too large to have full class discussions and hear EVERY voice so we will use small groups.  Please choose your group facilitator before you start.  You will not have to facilitate next time.
  2. Read aloud your favorite part of what you wrote--- or share what you thought was the most important point of the reading.
  3. Go around the group until everyone has read.
  4. As a group, discuss: 1) What are 2-3 original examples/ data/ arguments that your author makes that the class should hear.
  5. The facilitator should write (or email/ use your phone if you like) a note to Carmen listing all group members and brief notes to #4 above.  The facilitator should also plan to present for the whole group.
