- We are 1/2way done with reading responses now. After the next unit on masculinities, we move into ePortfolio design. This means we are making a public turn in our writing. Please remember that your classmates will read YOUR writing for our next classes!
- Monday, March 27 is the LAST DAY to submit any writing from RR#1-10. These need to be in hardcopy form and submitted at the end of class. If you are absent, late, get sick, have a computer malfunction, email them in, etc NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for you.

Questions for "Dear Straight People" and "9 Questions Gay People Have for Straight People" (please write these out on your homework or on a a separate piece of paper if you do not have the homework)
- Choose a line that impacted you (+ or - ) from each piece. Explain your choice and response.
- Why do you see as the main messages in each piece here? Who are these poets/speakers addressing?
- Why do you think both of these videos have gone viral?
- How do you explain the media attention/success of something like the videos alongside INCREASED homophobia/violence?

- Everyone is going to share your homework writing in small groups today as a way to share information about today's jigsaw readings.
- Pass your paper to the right.
- After you read, write a 1-2 sentence response about ONE point raised and its impact on you. Write this point right on your colleague's paper and be sure to include your name.

- Choose a facilitator for your small group.
- As a group, come up with at least 2 GOOD discussion questions for the class based on your peer's written comments today. The facilitator needs to write out these 2 GOOD questions today (include the name of your group members).
